Creamy Cilantro Orange Dressing Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 5 Minutes Ready Time: 10 Minutes Ingredients Orange Juice - 1 1/2  cup Campbell's Cream Stock - 1 cup Grainy Dijon Mustard - 2 tblsp Coarsely ground Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Extra virgin Olive Oil - 1 cup Chopped Cilantro - 1/2 cup Orange Zest - 1 tblsp Directions 1. In a bowl, whist together the orange juice, cream stock, dijon mustard and black pepper. 2. Slowly pour in the Olive oil, whisking continuously, till the oil emulsifies properly. It will work best, if you have a hand blender. 3. Add the Cilantro and the orange zest and mix well. 4. Season to taste 5. Drizzle this dressing over mixed greens, topped with dried fruits, nuts and crumbled Boursin.. Yeild - 1 Litre
