Details: Preparation time: 12 Minutes Cooking time: 30 Minutes Ready Time 42 Minutes Ingredients - Chipotle Chocolate Bread Pudding 2 tablespoon unsalted butter plus additional for greasing ramekin 1/2 cup heavy cream ½ cup fine-quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped 3 tsp Local  Maple Syrup ¼ tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cinnamon ½  tsp  canned chipotle pepper 2 large egg, lightly beaten 2  cup cubes (1/2 inch) either a sour dough or an italian bread Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Generously butter 2 ramekins 3. On the Stove top, melt the butter (2 tablespoons). Add the cream and the chocolate. Cook till the chocolate melts over low heat, stirring constantly. 4. Add in the maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon & chipotle. 5.  Remove from heat and whisk in egg until combined. Fold in bread cubes, thoroughly and let stand 5 minutes. 6. Fill ramekin with bread mixture and bake until puffed and set around edge but still moist in center, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
