For San Francisco 49ers Fans Chili Con Queso Crab Nachos Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Ready Time: 20 Minutes Ingredients 4 tblsp butter 4 tblsp Whole grain flour 5 Jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded 2 cups milk 1 1/2 cups grated Jalapeno Havarti 2 cups grated Cheddar 1/2 tsp tex-mex seasoning 1 bag Corn Tortilla Chips 1 can (1lb) Crab meat 1 small Red Onion, chopped 1/2 small green pepper chopped 1.2 small red pepper chopped Garnish: Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole, Green Onions and Cilantro Directions 1. In a Heavy Bottom Sauce pan, melt the butter, add the flour and mix together over medium heat 2. Cook the flour and butter mixture for 1 minute or till the colour turns blonde 3. Add the jalapenos and old bay seasoning and mix well 4. Add the milk and let simmer for 5 minutes or till the sauce thickens 5. Take it off the heat and add the shredded cheeses. 6. In an oven-proof platter place half the tortilla chips, sprinkle with half the crab meat, half the onions, half the peppers and half the cheese sauce. 7. Place the rest of the tortilla chips and sprinkle the rest of the crab meat, onions, peppers and cheese sauce and bake in the oven (pre heated to 400 degrees)  for 5 minutes, or till the cheese sauce turns golden brown. 8. Serve, garnished with the sour cream, salsa, guacamole, green onions and cilantro For Baltimore Ravens Fans Berkshire Belly and Crab Sliders Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Ready Time: 20 Minutes Ingredients 4 oz Berkshire Belly (finely chopped) 1 tsp maple syrup 1/2 lb Chesapeake Crab Meat 1 ea shallots (finely chopped) 1/4 tsp garlic (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning 1/4 tsp chili powder 2 tblsp mayonnaise 1 tsp cilantro (finely chopped) 1 egg 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning Your choice of Spread Slider Bun Directions 1. In a frying pan, over medium heat, saute the pork belly for two minutes 2. Pour the excess fat out, add the shallots and continue to saute till the pork is crispy 3. Add the maple syrup and cook for another 30 seconds till the pork pieces are coated with the the maple syrup 4. In a large mixing bowl, mix together, the maple pork, crab, shallots, garlic, old bay, chili powder, mayonnaise, egg and cilantro. Mix well 5. Form the mixture into 2 oz mini burgers. 6. In another mixing bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and the Italian seasoning. 7. Dredge the burgers in the bread crumb mixture to coat evenly. 8. In a frying pan, pour the left over bacon fat and heat over medium heat 9. Pan Sear the crab burgers till it is golden brown 10. Serve Hot with your choice of spread in a slider bun.
