Maple Syrup Cheese Cake Details: Prep Time : 30 Minutes Cook Time:  1 Hour Ready Time :  1 Hour 30 Minutes Ingredients: Crust: Oreo Cookie Crumbs - 200gms Unsalted Butter - ½ cup Maple Syrup - ½ cup Filling: Cream Cheese - 1kg Maple Syrup - 1 cup Large Eggs - 4 ea Vanilla - 1tblsp 35% Cream - ½ cup Directions: Preheat Oven to 350 F Crust: 1. In a food processor finely grind the Oreo Cookie Crumbs (you will have approx 3 ½ cups). Melt Butter. In a large bowl stir together the crumbs, butter and maple syrup and press evenly into bottom and upside of a 10" springform pan. 2. Wrap bottom and side of the pan with 2 layers of heavy duty foil to avoid leakage. Filling: 1. In a bowl of a standing mixer fitted with a paddle attachment or in a food processor beat the cream cheese on low speed, scraping downside of bowl occasionally, until smooth. Add syrup and eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and cream and beat until just combined. 2. Pour filling into crust and bake in middle of oven for 1 hour. Cook cake in pan on a rack. Chill cake, covered, at least 8 hours and up to 4 days. 3. Remove side of pan. Serve Cheesecake in wedges drizzled with maple Syrup Serves - 6-10
