Mustard Maple Glazed Smoked Ham Details: Prep Time : 15 Minutes Cook Time:  1.5 Hours Minutes Ready Time :  1 Hour 45 Minutes Ingredients Smoked Ham (3 kg) - 1 ea Hot Grainy Mustard - 1 cup Maple Syrup - 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tblsp Allspice - 1 tsp Cinnamon - 1 tsp Maple Sugar - 2 tblsp Thyme (finely chopped) - ¼ cup Directions: 1. Pat the Smoked Ham dry, and make diamond shaped insertions on the ham. 2. In a mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients to make the glaze. 3. Place the ham in a preheated oven (300 F) and cook for approx 1.5 hours. 4. Pour the glaze evenly and continue to roast for another 30 minutes (or till the ham has an internal temperature of 160 F , basting occasionally. 5. Serve Hot on a platter.. Carve at the table.
